Lincoln Frank serves as Vice Chairman and member of the Investment Committee for Broad Sky Partners.

Linc is the Founder and Chairman of Quad Partners, a private equity firm based in New York City focused exclusively on education. Founded in 2000, Quad has become one of the most active and experienced investors in the sector. It has invested in over 100 companies across the education spectrum – in enterprise software, tech-enabled services, schools, and products serving preK-12, higher education, and corporate training.

In addition, Linc is an Adjunct Professor at Columbia Business School teaching a course on private equity. He is also the Chair of Healing New York (formerly NYSPCC). Founded in 1875, it is the oldest child welfare organization in the U.S.

Prior to founding Quad, Linc was the Chief Operating Officer of J.P. Morgan Capital Corporation, an investment banker with Goldman Sachs, and a lawyer with Skadden Arps. He holds an LL.M. from the University of Cambridge, a J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School, and a B.A. from Wesleyan University.
