Managing Director
Amy Margolis is a Managing Director of Broad Sky Partners and leads the firm’s Business Development initiative.
Most recently, Amy spent over four years at CI Capital Partners, a private equity firm that specializes in middle market leveraged buyouts. In this role, Amy focused on new deal origination, oversaw the firm’s investment banking and other transaction intermediary relationships, and assisted portfolio companies with add-on acquisition sourcing.
Prior to joining CI Capital Partners, Amy worked on the origination team at The Riverside Company, a global private equity firm. In addition to sourcing platform and add-on transactions for Riverside, Amy oversaw the exit process for the firm’s domestic portfolio companies. Amy began her career at Prudential Securities, where she joined the investment banking team and then became a Managing Director in Equity Capital Markets. At Prudential Securities, she was responsible for the origination and distribution of all public equity products through the firm’s global retail and institutional sales forces. Amy also chaired the Equity Transactions Board and was a member of the Executive Committee of the Investment Bank, as well as the Operating Council of the firm.
Amy holds a B.A. in History from Trinity College and an MBA in Finance and Accounting from Columbia University.
